Our developing programme

Activities planned for our community

Mind 'N' Motion CIC is developing a programme of accessible activities designed to improve physical health, heart health awareness, confidence and social connection. Activities will be introduced as funding and partnerships are secured.

  • General HRT information and signposting to NHS or appropriately qualified healthcare professionals
  • Lifestyle strategies for symptom management
