Mind 'N' Motion CIC is developing a programme of women's walking groups, physical activity sessions, heart health education, wellbeing workshops and community events.
These activities are currently proposed and are not yet confirmed. Final dates, times, venues and registration arrangements will be published once funding, suitable venues, qualified facilitators, safeguarding arrangements and delivery partnerships are secured.
Important: Please do not attend a venue unless the session has been formally announced and confirmed by Mind 'N' Motion CIC.
Women's Walking and Gentle Movement Groups
Friendly, social walking groups at a gentle pace for women of all fitness levels. No experience required.

Education sessions covering cardiovascular risk factors, blood pressure awareness, and women-specific heart health information.

Women-Only Physical Activity Sessions
Low-impact and inclusive exercise sessions designed for women who are new to activity or returning after a break.
